Information we may collect from you:
When you browse the site, we do not collect personal information about you. The only way we will get any kind of personal information is if you give it to us when we specifically ask for it. We ask you for personal information in a variety of circumstances such as:
- When you make a travel booking or purchase any other service from our website or through our customer service team:
- If you are looking to book a holiday or request a brochure, we will ask for your name, your postal address, telephone number and email address. We will also need the names of all travellers and if any of your party are children, we will need their age at the time of your departure, subject to the service being booked we may need Date of Birth.
- If we are collecting a credit/debit card payment from you (where you are not booking with a Travel Agency) then we will need your credit/debit card information – including card number, cardholder name, security code and expiry date. This will allow your payment to be taken online.
- When you register with us, subscribe to our newsletter or register for offers/promotions.
- When you provide information to enter a competition, take part in any survey, provide feedback or if you report a problem with this site.
How we will use your data
We need this information so that we can provide these details to the relevant hotels, airlines, transfer providers who will provide services to you. These being the services that you have entered into a contract with us. This may include the transfer of information outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where you enter into a contract with us, we will usually retain this data for approximately 7 years from the end date of the contract.
We will also need to send you information on your holiday, Confirmation/Invoices, Itineraries and Travel Documents or any other details that may be important for your holiday.
We only provide your information to 3rd parties who are being used to provide services for your travel booking. We do not pass your information to 3rd parties for marketing purposes.
Where we store your personal data
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using TLS (Transport Layered Security) technology or via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site and any transmission is at your own risk.
